Prior to booking an appointment, please book a consultation, Or send us a text with current hair pictures, your hair goals, and a history of your hair dating two years back.
*If you book a consultation and do not show up for your consultation appointment, you will be charged a $20 fee*
If you are 10 minutes late to your HAIR or SPA appointment, you will be charged at $10 late fee (if you are late for 2 consecutive appointments). If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and will be charged for 50% of the service you were booked for.
We understand that sometimes traffic happens, and so does life, but we do our best to be on time to service you, and we appreciate the same courtesy from our clients, as to not take away from our ability to give all of our clients a full, wonderful experience.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. We understand that emergencies do happen, however, if you cancel your appointment the day of, you will be charged for 75% of your booked service.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation fee which includes a charge of 30% of the service booked. Clients who cancel the same day of their appointment will receive a cancellation fee including 50% charge of the service booked. These charges are non-refundable and will not be credited to the client’s account as a form of future payment. The client will be expected to pay 100% of the service to the service provider upon arrival to a rescheduled appointment.
Clients who cancel repeatedly (2 consecutive hair services) (more than 3 consecutive spa appointments or 5 total cancellations) will result in termination from booking services. Scheduling should be taken with the utmost importance; habitual canceling is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Our time is valuable for we allot our book and calendar to cater to everyone equally. Last minute cancellations and failure to maintain appointments creates difficulty for booking clients who allot and manage their time appropriately.
No call, No show, No appointment
If for some reason you do not show up for your appointment, nor do you let us know you’re not coming, you will be charged for the full amount of your booked service. You will also not be able to book another appointment without a deposit for half the amount of the service. Please understand that we value your time, and we ask the same respect in return.
We want you to look and feel your best! That means we guarantee the work that comes out of our salon. We strive to educate our guests on what is attainable with their color, and the best way to care for your hair at home. If you feel that you may need a slight adjustment to your hair, we ask that you contact your stylist within a week of your appointment. Each client will be considered at the discretion of the stylist as to what may be done for the adjustment, however we do not offer refunds.
We also ask that you understand the difference between an adjustment and a free service. For example, just because your significant other/friend/co-worker doesn’t like what you did with your hair, this does not justify an entire re-do of a service. Again, this is all at the discretion of the stylist based upon what she and the client discuss during conversation.
